Terms & Conditions:
- Prices include assistance in English, Spanish or Portuguese Driver/ Representative
- Prices do not include portage at Airports, Stations or Hotels.
- These prices include parking, meeting & greeting clients (except for the 16 Seater coaches) and helping clients check in/out at Hotels & Airports.
- Cancellations
- : Transfers must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the time arranged otherwise it would be full charged.
- Waiting time: The first hour of flight delay is free, further delays will be charge £ 30.00 per hour.
- Meeting & Greeting: Maximum waiting time for clients from European Flights is 1 hour, and Intercontinental Flights is 1.5 hours. After that agency will advise any extra waiting time, in that case it will apply a minimum charge of 1 hour (£30.00).
- Unsociable Hours: Services before 05:00 hours or after 23:30 will have a supplement charge of £20.00.
- Docklands Hotels
- : Services starting or finishing in Docklands (Excel) will have a supplement charge of £16.00.
